PF6T is the flagship turbo intercooled heavy-duty mechanical diesel engine from original Japan Nissan Diesel UD. This 12.503L large-displacement six-cylinder platform is exclusively optimized for mountain full-load haulage, mining heavy transport, and long-distance intercity passenger vehicles.

Built with ultra-thick integrated reinforced cast iron cylinder block & crossflow cylinder head, replaceable wet cylinder liners, seven-bearing fully forged heavy-duty crankshaft & reinforced piston/connecting rod assembly specially strengthened for turbo boost load. Features gear-driven 12-valve OHV valve train, purely mechanical inline high-pressure plunger injection pump with full mechanical governor, with zero electronic sensors and control modules.

Equipped with dedicated turbo exhaust manifold, complete turbo oil supply & return pipeline and large-volume air intercooler. Intake air density is greatly improved, with low-speed torque increased significantly compared with non-turbo PF6. Provides strong climbing capacity and stable continuous power output under long-hour full-load mining, desert and mountain harsh working environments.

Full mechanical fuel system avoids complicated electronic fault points, offers excellent tolerance to low-grade diesel fuel, and enables simple field overhaul without professional electronic repair equipment.
