6BD1 Truck Version is an original Japan Isuzu medium-duty six-cylinder naturally aspirated diesel engine specially calibrated for highway medium cargo transport and passenger buses. This mature 5.78L long-stroke commercial vehicle platform features a completely different structure from the excavator engineering version.

Built with thick reinforced cast iron cylinder block & cylinder head, standard unstrengthened cast piston & connecting rod (non-turbo matching), gear-driven 12-valve valve train, mechanical inline plunger injection pump with mechanical governor, and zero electronic sensors and control modules.

• No hydraulic PTO side port: Truck version only reserves transmission flywheel output interface, no excavator hydraulic pump mounting opening on cylinder block
• Road-speed fuel calibration: Optimized for 2600-2800rpm highway constant speed, fuel consumption more economical for flat road haulage
• Vehicle cooling bracket: Front straight fan mounting structure matching truck radiator, no side-mounted engineering cooling interface
• Lightweight vehicle mounting feet: Thin compact bracket design for medium truck chassis, not heavy reinforced mining machinery feet
