H07D Diesel Engine Assembly 7.412L Displacement 195–215HP Power Range with Turbo Intercooler Version for Hino Ranger Trucks & Buses

H07D series is upgraded heavy-duty mechanical diesel engine of Hino classic H07 platform, launched in 1988 as replacement for old H07C series. Built with ultra-thick reinforced cast iron cylinder block & cylinder head, gear-driven OHV 12-valve valve train, forged heavy-duty crankshaft and purely mechanical inline plunger injection pump with zero electronic control modules.

Two factory original calibrations matching different load demands:

• Naturally Aspirated H07D Base Version: Simple non-turbo layout, ultra-low maintenance cost, strong tolerance to low-grade diesel fuel, stable torque output for urban delivery medium trucks, short-distance city shuttle buses and small generator units
• Turbo Intercooler H07DT High Power Version: Factory matched fixed geometry turbocharger + air-to-air intercooler, reinforced forged piston & connecting rod assembly, significantly improved low-speed pulling torque, dedicated for mountain heavy haulage, refrigerated trucks, passenger coaches and mobile construction cranes
