What happens when the engine supercharger breaks down?

Signs of a broken motor booster include:

Blue or white smoke from the exhaust pipe
Decreased power output
Increased fuel consumption
Increased oil consumption
Unstable turbine pressure

Blue or white smoke during idling indicates poor sealing of the turbocharger impeller shaft. When the turbocharger fails, vehicle power drops significantly while fuel consumption increases. A blocked exhaust gas recirculation pipe can cause blue smoke during acceleration and accelerate oil consumption.

Proper Operation Guidelines:

After starting the engine, allow 2-3 minutes of idling to ensure proper turbocharger lubrication before driving
After extended high-speed operation, do not shut down the engine immediately - sudden shutdown can cause oil to overheat and damage bearings
