1, cutting method

is to cut off the valve seat ring with a tool on the machine tool. Under the action of cutting force, the valve seat ring and the tool rotate together, which may result in the valve seat bottom hole The size changes and the roundness does not meet the technical requirements. Therefore, when using this method to remove the valve seat ring, in order to ensure a good interference fit between the valve seat ring and the bottom hole of the valve seat ring, it is generally necessary to use a tool to expand the size of the valve seat ring bottom hole, and at the same time use a correspondingly enlarged outer diameter size The valve seat ring is used in conjunction with it.

2, drawing method
is to use a drawing tool to directly pull out the valve seat ring from the cylinder head. For example: first tap the thread on the inner surface of the valve seat ring, and then screw the threaded rod of the corresponding size into the valve seat ring.
