(1) Under normal working conditions, before the machine tool starts, attention should be paid to checking the following items:

1, blade wear, if you find that the coarse blade wear is too large, or the tooth surface roughness is not in line with the requirements, etc., you should immediately re-sharpen the knife, so as not to cause accidents such as burning knives and scrap products.

2. Whether the button and handle are in the required position, and whether the adjustment values of each adjustment part are correct.

3, pay attention to the lubriion of each point, for automatic lubriion should also check the lubriion situation.

4. Whether the side clearance of each exchange wheel tooth of the machine tool is too large or too small.

5. Whether the tightening screws of each adjustment part are loose.

(2) Check the following items after turning on the hydraulics:

1. Whether the amount of lubriing oil is sufficient, whether the lubriing oil window and oil hole are oily, and whether the oil circuit is smooth. Commonly used Y225, Y2250, Y2280 and other gear cutting machines, their lubriing oil and hydraulic oil are the same tank, are automatic lubriion, if the amount of oil is insufficient, not only will the wear of the machine tool be accelerated, shorten the service life, and may be due to the pressure drop, and the workpiece clamp is not tight, resulting in knife accidents.

2. Whether the rotating part and sliding surface are clean and have obstacles.

(3) Precautions in the operation of the machine tool

1. Whether the sound of the machine tool operation is normal, and if it is found abnormal, it should be stopped and checked.

4. Whether the cooling oil is sufficient and whether the cooling position is appropriate.

7. Tools are not allowed to be placed on the lubriion guide rail, etc., strictly prevent bumps, and avoid the presence of dust and dirt, do not allow contact with any rotating parts of the machine tool, and cannot measure the workpiece when driving.

8. The product is stored neatly, and it is handled lightly so as not to affect the product quality due to serious bumps.

9. If a sudden power failure occurs, the treatment method is as follows:

If in the deepest state of eating the knife, special attention should be paid to whether the workpiece is loose, whether the knife head is damaged, once the workpiece is loose, you should try to first leave the cogging of the blade, re-clamp the workpiece after powering on, and check whether there is any change in the adjustment part of the loose machine tool. If the machine is all right, or after troubleshooting, you can re-align the teeth and continue processing.

If the cutting teeth have just begun or will end, due to the small cutting force, the machine tool is not easy to change, you can first click the car to observe, if everything is normal, you can continue to work. After the workpiece is machined, it should be checked against rolls.

10. If an accident suddenly occurs during the cutting process, such as knife beating, machine tool operation sound is very abnormal, sudden stop and other phenomena, the power supply should be cut off immediately, and the scene should be kept easy to check and analyze the causes, and then be solved.
