Adjustment of pelvic horn teeth
1. When the tooth top contact is too heavy (driven gear surface), the thickness of the gasket between the bearing seat and the reducer shell can be reduced, and when the contact spot appears at the tooth root, the gasket thickness can be increased, and the test can be adjusted repeatedly until the contact spot is loed in the middle of the tooth surface, which can be slightly off the top of the tooth, and the minimum from the driven gear top is 0.8mm. A single line contact with the tooth root is absolutely not allowed.
2. When the spots are adjusted, the axial position of the driven gear is readjusted so that the tooth side is between .2-0.4mm. At this time, the nut with external thread at the left and right ends of the differential assembly should be adjusted, so that the rotational power distance of the assembly is 1.5-3.5Nm, and attention should be paid to screwing the anti-loosening bolts.
