Starter fault check
The starter often fails to rotate or rotates slowly. In this case, it should be checked from the following aspects:
1, the battery has no electricity or weak power, so the starter can not turn or turn slowly.
2, starter wire loose or fall off, switch or adsorption switch failure.
3, brush wear or brush surface is not straight, the spring is weak, so that the rectifier contact is bad.
4, excitation coil or armature coil short circuit and open circuit.
5. The rectifier is stained and the mica sheet is protruding, resulting in poor contact between the brush and the rectifier.
